decided last thing this morning I wanted to hire a castle. fast response and quick delivery and set up.

Whilst my residence "across the pond" will prevent me from utilizing your services, it is my sincere hope that from the poor treatment you endured, and sadly still endure from time to time, this new found publicity will result in far more success than you could have ever imagined.

We had the disco dome for my daughter’s 6th birthday party! Was fab! The kids loved it. Great price and brilliant service! Can’t wait to book the hot tub for my birthday celebrations now! �

Viral advertising for the win. I also have a hidden disability, and received a note from a supermarket superhero. Mine was more succinct though, “you’re not disabled you’re just fat and lazy.”

Keep up the good work and thanks for highlighting that not all disabled people are in wheelchairs.

Thanks for fighting the good fight re disabled badges - I am a badge user myself and have had an old couple BLOCK my car in a bay because they were positive I could not be disabled when all they'd seen of me was my face through my car window. I turned around and shook my badge at them through the back window, they shook their heads and reluctantly drove off. So many arrogant people out there! Keep being a hero!

Came when then said booking and paying deposit was easy and simple,castle was clean today good condition like pic good value & wasn't fitting in garden so lads stayed longer than it normally takes to re arrange things moving all kids toys around�2 get it done all with my toddler hassling them� both very pleasant and made sure all safety was in place with mats to all possible dangerous bits of the garden highly recommend & will definitely use again xx party was great kids loved it

Booked a bouncy castle with this company for a family party and I was extremely pleased with their service. Price wise, they were very competitive with no hidden extras (other companies charge for sand bags for use on artificial grass, these guys don’t!) lovely friendly people. Would definitely use this company again.

Booked Bouncy castle and marquee for party. Arrived on time, both were excellent quality and came and taken away when required with no fuss. Would definitely use again. Thankyou

Started with amazing sevice. We hired a hot tub. Then was supposed to collect mon, eventually collected wed. We had followed all instructions to the word. Two days later myself and friend had to go to the doctors with infections in our armpits and my husband is still cover in bumps all over his body that are extremely uncomfortable. We texted Gregg twice for his comments and he hasnt even bothered to reply. Bacteria in hot tub obviously not using correct chemicals or it wasnt cleaned before we had it? I will not be recommending to anyone.

Had one of these over new year. Didn't arrive day booked (birthday surprise ruined) no flooring as indicated. Door zip broken so not wind proof. No floating bar as indicated. Pool cover had a puncture. Leds only worked when they felt like it. We had fun with it and kids loved it but think some equipment needs replacing before you hire out again for sure.
