One to one individual counselling, main therapeutic approaches being CBT, Solution Focussed Therapy, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic. Short term and long term available.
Counselling for young people (16 + ) and adults
EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) counselling, face to face and telephone counselling. Working with a large number of Employers across South Wales.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, one to one or small group.
