BRIGHTSIDE MANOR RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME
We believe our relaxed, unique caring service has an ideal setting in Rumney, situated on the outskirts of the city and is easy to reach by car and public transport. Our residents can enjoy panoramic mountain views whilst being a stone’s throw away from local amenities of Rumney Village, and only a few minutes away from the city centre. Tastefully decorated Brightside Manor in its own grounds offers a “home from home” atmosphere in a close knit community.
Offering both residential and now specialist residential dementia care, Brightside Manor strives to provide high quality care based upon meaningful relationships within a comfortable setting. The modest size of the Home allows our dedicated team of carers to deliver individualised care putting you “The Resident” first.

Annual Quality Care Review - August 2018 We continually strive to evaluate and improve our services. We have recently sent out an evaluation questionnaire to all professionals and family members/ friends to seek your views. If you have not already responded please do so as soon as possible. Requests were sent out by e-mail. If you have not received a request, please check your spam box. If we have not sent you a request then kindly contact us and we will forward you an online form. The survey can be completed anonymously - we value your opinion.

Every year we host a Salsa Party for the residents by coursey of volunteers from TIGER BAY SOCIAL GROUP. Residents, relatives, friend s, family and staff members are welcome to attend.
