We are Aberdare's new and dynamic letting agency, situated in the town centre and easily recognisable with its distinguished blue and yellow signage.

The company was founded to deal with the changes to legislation for residential letting in Wales, brought in by the Welsh Government on the 23rd of October 2015.

Our aim is to provide a credible and affordable option to landlords in light of the new licensing requirements. This will allow them to continue their rental business without the need to personally adhere to the strict licensing and training regime set out by the government, whilst we at at Brite Light take the strain instead.

We aim to provide high standard accommodation via our landlords to our tenants, and have an in house maintenance package in order to provide quick, cost effective solutions for all.
