Bronllys Well Being Park CLT (Community Land Trust) Ltd "Future Generations - Our Communities Wealth is it's Health" The purpose of BWBP CLT Ltd is to create and deliver a ground breaking community asset, inspired and owned by the local community. It aims to be a sustainable development offering affordable housing, transport, work and leisure opportunities to promote health and well-being amenities. Members (330 and growing rapidly) are actively engaged in all aspects of the Park to ensure this remains a community endeavour.
