Lovely campsite right by the river. Quiet. No clubhouse but good little shop. Picnic tables by the river where we had our BBQ! Make sure to take some deet though as midgies can be quite bad in early may/June.

Nice site but could do with more toilet blocks. Friendly and helpful staff. 2 children's play areas; 1 of which looks dated & matting is very slippy when wet. Also advertised as offering free WiFi but this was limited (owner explained 2 masts were broken so might not get it in field 6) and that the free part was only for 1 device. If you need it for more then it's £1 a day - this was not advertised anywhere.

Me and my girlfriend loved this campsite. The scenery is lovely, and it's only a 5 minute drive from a Londis where you can get most supplies, and 10 minutes from Caernarfon itself. It's also a 20 minute drive from Llanberis, where you can climb Snowdon.
It was good value for money, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We payed for the grass super pitch which included water and electricity, which both worked fine. The only problem we found were the toilets: the field which we were in had some of the poshest portable toilets I've ever seen, however this was offset by the fact that there weren't many of them. For our large tented field (where no one had their own toilets, unlike the caravaners), there were only three shower rooms and two toilets.
Despite this, we were happy with our stay and would definitely return again.

Gorgeous site....our second Season ....can get a bit windy so make sure you peg awnings/tents down well

JUST ARRIVED LAST WEEKEND AS SEASONAL PITCH AND IMPRESSED WITH STAFF VERY HELPFUL LOOKING FORWARD TO A GOOD SEASON.

Just stayed during September and October. We have booked for all next year.
This site is in a superb location. The facilities are clean and constantly maintained. The pitches are spot on for any caravan or tent. Great place for children and dogs if you have one. The owners and staff are very friendly and more than willing to help.
Try it. You will like it.
