We love anything to do with Anglesey Stunning place

We have just returned home after 3 fantastic nights in the woodpecker lodge 2 with the hot tub. The lodge was very clean and presentable upon arrival, plenty of space we had a party of 6 plus 1 dog. Staff were polite and friendly. The hot tub was a wonderful treat, enjoyed by us all (minus the dog).The area has some phenomenal views, a lovely secluded yet very well maintained area. We will definitely be back to visit again soon.

We have just arrived back from a fantastic weekend away here. The lodges we stunning and extremely clean and well looked after! We would love to return and will be recommending to friends and family! Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend away � xx

Such an amazing place. Would recommend to anyone. Set in a lovely secluded place easy access around the island. The lodges are beautiful inside with everything you need. Dee is amazing and really looks after you here.. Coming back here again such a find. Love it!!!

Lovely place right on the coast. Lodges are fabulous and dog friendly. WiFi never worked so kids had to speak to us for a change! �

Just got back today from a fantastic stay at Bryn Mechell Lodges. The lodge was beautiful everything we expected. We had grandchildren with us who made good use of the hot-tub this was a fantastic highlight for all of us.

We were welcomed with wine and biscuits on our very well presented dinner table. The lodges are very cosy and warm. I must mention Jo who is there to attend to all our needs any problems are soon rectified and she is very friendly and approachable.

I would definitely recommend this park and I'm hoping to be back again soon.

I had a 4 day break here with my mate June for out birthdays, woodpecker 1 lodge, we both loved it, very quiet and the lodge was beautiful, clean and the fire was on so we had a warm welcome ... we saw Vicky onsite quite a few times, lovely lady... we also left my mates fondue set here, Vicky got it for us and posted it back, I offered to pay for postage and she wouldn't take anything... extra touches like that make a good place great and one we will definitely go back to xxx

Had a lovely time at bryn mechell stayed for 4 night chalets are excellent and hot tub brilliant staff are welcoming and give excellent advice on local amenities will be reccomending to all my family and friends

Had a great few days, staying in one of the Woodpecker lodges. Lodge was very comfortable, spacious, clean, well maintained with a lovely hot tub. On arrival, we were greeted by Vicky who welcomed us, directed us to the lodge and ensured everything was ok. Thought this was a great personal touch. What came across very clearly was how hard working Vicky and her team are in maintaining the accommodation and ensuring their guests have an enjoyable stay. Highly impressed with level of customer service and would recommend as a great place to stay.

Had a fantastic three night break with family and our pooch - lodge was clean and tidy. Site very peaceful. We be booking a return visit very soon.

Fantastic accommodation, great place to stay. Very clean and would definitely recommend. We had one with a hot tub (woodpecker lodge) and it was lovely, a bit out the way of things to do but that was because we didn't check the location before hand. Overall was a brilliant few days and would go again!!

Booked and visited from 17th-21st April. First impressions were fantastic. Although when booking was under the impression it was a different lodge only to find that there are several woodpecker lodges. We stayed in lodge woodpecker one. 3bedrooms 1 bathroom/shower and 2 toilets. We had booked food shopping (asda) which had been put away by Jo- manger of the Bryn Mechell holiday park. She herself was very accommodating, friendly and ready to help. She showed us around and explained how the hot tub worked. Over all had a wonderful stay and would 're book to stay again. Lodge was made up,clean bedding and towels, complimentary toiletries , wind and Biscuits.



Changes that could be taken into consideration

(1) Dog friendly- although this is a dog friendly accommodation and paying an extra £25 for a pet,I feel basic pet requirements are not there. YES we was given a gate/gaurd or some sort however this wasn't sufficient enough. It wasn't secure and unfortunately for us our dog ran off and down the country lane. Something I highly recommendthe park to look into.



(2) house keeping- taking into account that this is a self catering accommodation I understand that some people don't like to be bothered, however i feel that for the price of the lodge it self, a small Hoover, sweeping brush, mop and bucket should be provided. Especially when it is a dog friendly accommodation. Although Jo kindly enough gave us a mop and bucket and dust pan and brush, these small essential should be provided. Bedding not changed one towels. We had been told that we could call Jo for anything, however calling for change of bedding or towels felt stupid and fell that this should have been offered everyday.
