When after months of psyching yourself up to get medical help, and then you finally do it, and they treat you like a naughty child for not knowing you have to get your nhs number and unwilling to use Google on the pc infront of them to look for your old doctors number even tho the receptionist womans' doctors were the same surgery!
You cant get support if you can't support yourself!!.. I am of low Income i cant just top my phone up whenever i want #brynhyfredsurgeory #blonde 40 50 odd #receptionist.
I had a panic attack as she was really rude and demeaning I asked her to be nicer because my anxiety was climbing she rolled her eyes like mental health doesn't exist.
I'm left shaken and not wanting to ever ask for help again ! The main reason I don't see doctors is they give me panic attacks all I want is help ! No flexibility no understanding front of house should be trained to be empathetic not on power trips!
Maybe you should replace her after the other review I read about her on here ! Her member of staff was speechless the younger brown haired girl I felt sorry for her even thoigh I was shaking myself ! She was so helpful until this one just came over and took over ! Even denied me telling her I was with cwmfelin when she then decided to provide the number she knew OFF BY HEART.
Because of her my bad heart has been through a massive panic attack.
I won't put on here what I've done to myself to relieve that stress!! Months its taken me to build the courage to leave my flat to do this !!

After being taken for my own safety by the police to Morriston hospital.. I was still refused an appointment by your amazing "caring" receptionist!!! I don't think you can be more desperate than wanting to end your own life... I pray she never gets to be in this position.

Doctors are amazing however the receptionists need training. I've had a couple of bad experiences with them now. I've been coming to the surgery for 24 years and never had a problem until now.
