Customer services here is appalling. My wife arrived at her appointment only to be told that, first, she had to wait 25minutes because the systems were down temporarily; secondly, she wasn't even added to the system originally by the admin so she had to be put back on; lastly, there was no appointments available for the rest of the day and she has missed the appointment she came in for, due to the issues on their end. Never had any issues in our previous Cardiff GP. Hopefully, there is a better one around.

The staff here are wonderful and have really helped me, they work hard and take a lot of negativity but I have found them to be invaluable, well done each and everyone.
