Buck House Hotel

We chose the Buck House by chance as we were iut and about ordered from the 2 for £20 menu. The starter was excellent but had the spots knocked off it by the roast of the day, came in a yorkshire pudding delicious meal excellent service from the staff a very pleasant evening

Loved it! Beautiful place, beautiful village. Great rooms, comfy beds. Fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

We are told to eat plenty of greens but those served up last Sunday evening 21stMay were inedible due to being very undercooked. I would appreciate a response to this as I dislike wasting food!!

Four if us went for mothering Sunday. We all had the carvery. Considering the amount of people eating at the same time the service was excellent. The carvery was hot, served quickly and a good selection of veg. The sweets were a little disappointing. We had Eaton mess and ice cream. The cheesecake had all gone. All mum's had a 5 pound voucher. I can't wait to go back to spend it!.

The food here is great, and there are vast selections of drinks available. They have a wide range on their menu, and the presentation of the food is outstanding. Loved it.

Thank you so much for helping us in making my mother's 80th birthday special for her today 21st august food was lovely and plenty the chef done us proud...all staff were amazing they couldn't do enough for us...we are booking the same room for new years eve..keep it up you have a brilliant team there working for you.thanks again liz Williams ...
