My family has been shopping at BUDD since its early days in the 1960s and it's easy to see why. Buying a new fridge freezer from them was a pleasure from start to finish. The Hotpoint fridge freezer I wanted was priced competitively, but I found it slightly cheaper elsewhere, and they did not hesitate to price match when I told them. Two days later, Damian and Rhys took my old fridge freezer (which they said was heavy due to ice) down three flights of stairs at my block of flats, and then brought my new one up the stairs and fitted it in my kitchen. I gave them a KitKat Chunky each for their efforts! This is an excellent store with knowledgeable staff.

I recently dealt directly with Budd Electrical on behalf of my elderly parents whose brand new washing machine - purchased from Budd, was not functioning after a few months. Whilst this was not in any way the fault of Budd Electrical, 'they' (Andrew at Budd!) could not have been more helpful in dealing with this matter! Andrew realised that this issue was difficult for my parents and arranged for the washing machine to be replaced the following day, with a new and identical model.

Friendly and great service, needed a new integrated microwave and oven. They helped us choose the best appliances to fit and even came to the house to ensure they would be the right size. Both microwave and oven were installed the next day. All old appliances and rubbish were taken away too, would definitely recommend.

Our old fridge packed up the day before our holiday - we came home yesterday, and called into Budd Electrical. Andrew and his colleagues couldn't have been more helpful. Our new fridge arrived first thing today! Thank you (from the store to the delivery) for your friendly, efficient service!
