Booked our cat in for operation all arranged for 3/8/17, phoned them 02/08/17 all going according to plan, we made all of our arrangements based on this only to be phoned at 5pm saying they were cancelling the operation. Very unhappy and I wouldnt recommend this practice if you need reliability as we do.

These vets were so amazing with my dog. Took her to be neutered but the operation had to be cancelled as my dog was sick under anesthetic as she had managed to eat a sock prior to the op. The vet phoned me and advised to cancel. I was not charged for this.
My dog later had her op, but sadly on the day of her op I was called to Manchester as my father was terminally ill in hospital, I arranged for a work colleague to collect my dog from the vets, however Budget vets Newport were so amazing. They would not allow my colleague to take her and the vet took her home with him and brought her back into the surgery each day. This continued for three days, she was basically given twenty four hour one to one care by the vet and again I was not charge anything further for this. Budget vets were totally amazing and offered me so much support during an extremely difficult time that I was going through. I believe that all the staff at budget vets genuinely care for animals and its so much more than just a business, I would never go anywhere else and will never forget what they did for us

Nice staff and look after your pets with care.

Being a friendly, caring nurse/vet doesn't cut it. I would rather speak to someone who is not so friendly and caring but knows what they are talking about. Different vet every time. Been overcharged for immunisations for the last few years. When I mentioned this to receptionist, was told " we don't do refunds".

It was a very difficult visit but the vets/nurses were as kind and considerate as always

Friendly, reasonably priced vets. The vets themselves have always been friendly and caring. Sometimes a bit of a wait.
