Very good customer service burger was lovely and air conditioner was a plus

The toilets were not good, could do with a good clean and some toilet paper. Had to find clean toilet elsewhere.

Good for a quick bite to eat, but weird staff, rather convinced that one of them is an aspiring serial killer.

Barely speak English poor service, not polite and wrong attitude towards work. This was at night, about half seven on a Monday.

cant believe your bouncers wouldnt let me in tonight to putchase a meal as i had a subway roll in my hand for my boyfriend even though i was going in to purchase. a meal for myself. i will never return to burger king again very dissapointed

Where do i start. All bins overflowing, toilets upstairs out of order. Downstairs toilet had no soap and stunk. Baby changing toilet had wobbly tap, no soap, paper everywhere, overflowing bin with nappies and rubbish. Food cold. Staff trying to clean up spilled drink with a brush! Still at least she was doing something. Shop not busy but loads of staff but still all these issues. Asked for manager who never showed up. Absolutely crap!

We went into the big Burger King in Cardiff and I had to change my little boys nappy and my daughter needed to go to the toilet and this is wat the scene was like not only was it stinking dirty, bins were over flowing and broken and sharp things hanging off the wall and I really didn’t want any of my babies touching anything.

Terrible service!! Food wasn't fresh, pretty cold. Never going again!

Staff are clueless behind the till, most wer standing around chatting, when my order finally arrived all 3 meals wer a verry low standard, the fries wer over salted and all 3 burgers wer at room temperature at best. All in all the worst burger king I've been to.

Rude staff who never get my order right. Will not be returning.

Lets not get started on the toilets.when mentined to staff that no loo roll..response was...i dobt know where it is....really..what a joke...disgusting!!!

Looks like not been cleaned for months (I'm a cleaner) not just days trade..

If the children were not so hungry,we would have left...so bad !!

Cannot get over the basically low standard of this place..

Food was cold after waiting 10 mins for food the staff were more interested in talking to each other. There was surely a health an safety risk of not also a food safety risk when between the serve and the rolls one female member of staff decided to jump on another's back. I will never visit here again when home for a few days if use Burger King again as i feel Burger King is going downhill as Wrexham's are getting really bad too.

Both men and woman's toilet stinking when I told staff she gave me attitude
