Burger King

The double burger was tiny it looked like it had been sat on and my friend had chicken and insted of giving her 8 little pieces they gave her 2 and no fries terrible go to McDonalds next time

Haven't been to a burger king in years, use to love it so thought I'd give it a shot after all these years.. Definately gonna start going to Macdonalds down the road. Staff rude, a member of staff even slammed my bag of chips on the tray spilling them everywhere and just walks off, worst service I've ever come across and pays double the price than KFC or MacDonald for the same size meal, time to pack it in burger king your prices and staff do not compare to these more successful companies, another customer lost to Macdonalds and KFC...

Just got served by the most obnoxious girl, she was so busy laughing and joking with her friend who was a customer... her lack of attention to my order caused her to double up on what I had asked for, but when corrected she got very defensive and VERY rude. Burger king you need to vet your staff more closely ... I certainly will not be eating at this Burger King again!!

The service was lovely but it was quite unclean.

Grab a pounder and some fries or cool drinks and guess what? It fills you up but never hurts ur wallet...

Nicely placed in the middle of Queen Street, easy to gain access to, the building was clean and tidy, with staff busy clearing tables as soon as they were empty.

The food was very good quantity, although when you ask for extra ketchup and mayo make sure you get it....

If there is an option not to give a star, i would. Bad customer service in terms of fast food industry. Wont suggest you to go for a quick breakfast. Bad experience for morning when I wanna buy breakfast. Expected to be fast food breakfast yet the cashier shouting at me ( im busying chit chatting with the lady in front of you, can't you see?) when I was asking if I can make an order. She just do nothing, acting busy at the cashier chit chatting with the customer who already got her order. Ignoring me and my friend who were waiting in front of her for more than 10mins. Hope burger king actually can train their staff if they want to keep their reputation in service line. Terrible training for staff. Staffs seem uneducated with what a good customer service to be.

Basic burger king. Seating. Loos upstairs with a code on the door. Ask the friendly staff

Appalling. Tables not cleaned, Staff indifferent. Staff handling money AND food. Big king burger special was MICROWAVED. Bun, burger, onion rings and contents ALL the same temperature. Bun soft, all consistent with Microwaving. So awful, a treat ruined. Never again.
