Great food and great staff was clean and tidy...parking is not the best.

Ok food and service, not the nicest store.

Used burger king in the past. It can be hit and miss at different franchise's. They seem to keep the same things on the menu. Other fast food chains do alter their menu with different themes monthly. Not much more I can say as I DNT visit these places often. Mainly use them at services.

There's nothing better than an XL double cheeseburger. I have never once been disappointed.

My favourite fast food outlet. 100 times better than the burgers you get from McDonalds.

Polite staff, quick service and good location make this an ideal spot for a meal or a snack on the way in or out of cardiff

Pretty good store, most of the team are friendly, food is good but sometimes the customer service is a bit lacking in comparison to McDonalds.

We tried burger king as a change from constantly taking our granddaughter to McDonald. Well we are converted, yes you pay more for your Burger but what a difference absolutely more superior and a proper meal .

Some of the burgers are a lot smaller than others in the same price range. Eg whopper is twice the size of a double BQQ texas yet they are same price? Find this difficult to justify and therefore felt like i was being ripped off. However the staff were good enough to allow me to swap for the whopper. Beware the tiny babyburger!!

Well presented food 2 meals for 11.00 pound vfm as McD''s is getting about the same price for smaller meals

I usually go to this Restaurant and its great experience but on this particular occasion we found hair on our food. They didnt seem to care if there was hair as they didn't investigate the situation. Disappoionted. Seems they are just following books and keeping the sales but not trying to give the customers the experience they need.

this is the best Burger King restaurant in Cardiff. Clean and tidy, foods are fresh and tasty

Great food at fair prices. I find it far more filling than a McDonald's and tastier. Clean every time I visit and helpful staff.
