Burger King

Filthy tables, disgusting toilets, unfriendly staff who seemed bored and pre-occupied with their own conversations. Barely deserves one star and doesn't warrant a visit. Avoid!

Not the nicest Burger King we've eaten, one of those times you wish you just hadn't. Facilities on site were old and in good need of a sprucing up but I'm sure that is down to whoever owns the services. Not a lot of seating as most of the decent space is for the Little Chef attached.

Overall an alright place to stop but I probably wouldn't stop there again.

My family and I stopped here for food tonight.

We found the lady who served us very rude and abrupt.

The service was also slow and there seemed to be several miscommunications as to our order.

The toilets were also absolutely filthy and the tables were not cleaned after use.

We only stopped here for a quick meal after a long day's drive but we expected better than this.

Extremely run down, uncared for and dirty. This is, by far, the worst Burger King we have ever visited.
Entering the service area at around 7:00pm on a Saturday evening, there is a Travelodge, a Little Chef and a Burger King with a nearby filling station incorporating a small Spar shop. The fairly extensive parking area is free.
First impression heading to the building was not good. Two litter bins were full and strewn around them was lots and lots of rubbish, some of which had migrated some distance, making the whole area very untidy. Entering the building, we noticed ceiling fittings and tiles missing, a couple changing their baby on the carpet in the 'closed' Little Chef seating area and two more refuse bins that were overflowing with lots of rubbish around them next to the Burger King seating area.
My wife visited the toilets while I ordered.
Had to wait several minutes because no - one was at the counter. A young lady eventually appeared, even though two other workers were busy preparing food. It was a real chore for her to take my order... obviously interrupted something she was doing!
Our fish sandwich turned out to be 3 fish fingers in a bun!
The toilets were absolutely disgusting, dirty, no toilet paper, unflushed, broken door locks etc. and smelly.
The tables in the seating area were filthy and there was food and rubbish on the floor.
They had obviously run out of Fanta as the assistant walked over to the Little Chef area and took a bottle out of their refrigerator!
This place is a health risk and should be closed down.
On the way out of the service area we carefully negotiated the many potholes. Advise all travellers to give this place a miss!

Not the best place to stop , would have preferred to use somewhere else however needed to feed a baby and 2 year old. Service was standard however all staff took a break at 1:20 leaving everywhere unmanned. Just before I almost walked out without paying a lady came from out the back doors.
The toilets here are not suitable at all for children , were dirty and smelly and dark .

Overall imagine The doors of Modor from lord of the rings and your pretty much there !

This is exceptionally clean the staff are really polite and food is always cooked fresh

Well situated for the traveller in North Wales and Snowdonia National Park.

It is connected to the Travelodge next door.Lovely friendly staff and most of all good food

Got my order wrong,charged me for food i didnt even have and the food was cold,very rude staff and also not trained very well,dirty countertops...will not return here and will make an official complaint!
