Awful. No Diet drinks available. No BBQ sauce available. No toys with the kids meal available. Served up too few nuggets in meal too.

Use to be so good. The burgers have shrunk the establishment is shabby and the staff are a little uninspired to be nice to them. No longer a place we consider worthy of visiting but to be fair every time we go by they look busy so it obviously still has appeal for some.

Small place with long queues. Desserts were good, burger not great. Only scored a two for hygiene as well, would not stop here again but there is literally nowhere else to go if you're stopping on a long journey

Absolutely terrible, tiny little place with horrible facilities. Was given the wrong order and when I returned to complain, no apology just the correct order thrust at me.... And that was hardly better.
I would email a complaint to head office but they took my receipt when I took back my initial wrong food

Food was OK, but the worse service ever. Cant believe Burger King let's somebody with that sort of attitude run the place. The eastern European gentleman told us off for every question we asked and his head actally turned redder and redder with every enquiry. In the end we agreed with our almost finished order so that he doesn't start to hurt any of us. Obviously there is no need to be polite and helpful in this place. We only stopped because we were really hungry from our trip back from North Wales and this was one of the very few options. Horrible, but filled our tummies with stuff we were told to have.

Closed by 9pm, not much good when its the only fast food place between Aberystwyth and Merthyr

One of the only fast food stops from North Wales to Cardiff. Its a Burger King, not much else to say

Food was nice. Staff serving was miserable, wouldnt look me in the eye, didn't listen to what I was saying, had to repeat myself and refused to simle. Dissapointing.

Food was appalling; not sure if this is a reflection of BK across the board or just that this little spot is a forgotten one and out of date. Coffee was awful, chicken royal may as well have been cold rubber and the chips were re-fried by the taste of things.

I love Burger King but the staff here are useless no organisation and the toilets are filthy dirty and are not cleaned. But the food was lush.

Busy but fast. Outdoor seating. Essential stop on long journeys. Not much seating indoors. Theres also a little chef next door for the use of toilet

Had a meal here the other day, someone found a long hair in their chicken royal, my whopper didnt taste like a normal whopper..staff need freshening up,messy kitchen as well...needs a bit of tlc...much more expensive than McDonald's. Needs to improve for what you charge...apart from that filled a hole...
