Nice cheap food option. Not exciting but pretty consistent. The seating area is kept unusually clean and tidy.

Poor service, and if you like mayonnaise with your chips, give it a wide birth. They didn't have any sachets and when I asked the manager if they could just put a squirt of it from the kitchen on a cup lid he was extremely and said they weren't allowed to. What utter rubbish, all other branches manage it, he was just rude and couldn't be bothered. It may be fast food, but it still should be enjoyable.

Chilli cheese bites and onion rings are lovely, the food is always fresh, lettuce, tomato etc and you can add or takeaway items you don't want in the burger.
The only problem is the menu is next to the voice order box in the drive through​ so you don't have time to really look at the menu

Not bad at all but slooooow. Reeeally slow. I find Burger King to be quite slow in general. I usually put this down to a little extra care in preparing the food, etc. In general, the BK food usually looks better than in other fast food places, but this place was incredibly slow. Got the order wrong also which again, I know happens. But literally no urgency to put it right. The person we spoke to about the error, took the information and then finished their shift without telling anyone there was a problem; then the new person we told literally couldn’t have been slower to get it sorted. 25 mins later at this point.

Quick services clean tables and free Wi-Fi, what more does one need.

Just love the app vouchers great for the kids, and good tasting burgers. Value for money.

We always enjoy the food at burger king, the burgers are superior to their main rivals. The wait for food was longer than expected though, despite a quiet restaurant with no queue. This is because they were prioritising the drive through 👎 My son was happy for well over an hour in the outdoor play area, which makes me happy, but they need more than one table and chairs outside.

Nice but costs more than other fast food restaurants

I ordered 1junior whopper meal and 1 junior whopper with cheese no meal, I got 2 junior whopper meals with no cheese.

Just another burger hut fast food if you don't want to cook and want to eat crap

Googled the branch and found it was open until midnight which was great, so drove 20 minutes across Swansea to it for that reason. Arrived in plenty of time at 23:45, even though doors were open told it was "takeaway only" so despite being a bit annoyed at that ordered our food then told that it was cash only, none of us had enough so we left without any food, staff didn't really give a toss either. Whilst outside also noticed the illuminated "Burger King" sign was only half illuminated, stands to reason that shoddy on the outside will lead to shoddy on the inside - overall a VERY poor experience.
