Business in Focus is a not-for-profit organisation that has been helping businesses to start up and grow for nearly three decades.

The Enterprise People
Business in Focus is a social enterprise that exists to support the growth of enterprise and in turn the economy of Wales. We do this through delivery both directly to entrepreneurs and SMEs; and via business support contracts for clients including the UK and Welsh governments, other public sector bodies and not-for-profit organisations.
When our major contracting clients entrust their business support service to us, they do so knowing we will quickly develop an in-depth understanding of how they work, what they need and when they need it. Our client focus has been acquired over 30 years, enabling us to deliver robust, compliant results.
We provide business owners and managers with access to finance, mentoring and business accommodation throughout South Wales. Our commitment to equality and diversity is at the heart of our service and mission; we aim to bring out the enterprise in everyone!
The Right Resources
Our client-facing team is made up of dedicated professionals who have up-to-date, relevant experience and knowledge of the business landscape in Wales, together with an understanding of the vital issues which businesses face, such as financial planning, employing staff, sales and marketing.
Our first class support teams ensure the smooth flow of information when our clients need it; ensure that our diverse stakeholder groups understand the services we provide and how we can help achieve their objectives; and allow our tenants to carry out their business in a safe, comfortable environment.
We have a wide network of contacts in public, private and third sectors, enabling us to source the right partners for every opportunity and the best additional support for each client we work with.
