Bute107 is a boutique style self-catering townhouse designed for large groups of up to 22 sharing to stay in comfort in the heart of Cardiff Bay, Wales.

Bute107 is where boutique meets bunkhouse in the heart of bustling Cardiff Bay. Unique in Cardiff, Bute107 offers two three storey buildings linked on the ground floor by a large kitchen area. It offers enough space for a large group (up to 20 plus 2) to self cater and share in comfort.

The top floor in the front building has two inter-connecting shared rooms which together offer six single beds. The middle floor has one large bedroom with four singles, and a separate chill out area leading out on to the large decked area between the two sections of the property.

The ground floor has a large lounge area with sofas, armchairs and a double bed settee. There is a 50" plasma with Sky sports and movies. Free wifi throughout the property too for your convenience.

From the lounge you will drop down into the large kitchen and dining area with a large table for your party to all eat together. The kitchen is fully equipped with large gas range, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The kitchen area also provides access to the other two floors at the rear of the property. These include a bunk room with two triple bunk beds (double below and single above). The beds also have additional truckle beds underneath which can be pulled out if extra accommodation is needed. On the upper floor of this property there is a large room with two single beds. All beds can be linked together as large double beds if requested.
