Good surgery. They do walk in appointments early mornings - great for someone with a busy schedule. Doctors are very professional and will help you any way they can!

Unfortunately this is my local doctors surgery, I can never get an appointment when I want or need one and often get quoted 2-3 week waiting times. Usually I don't plan my illnesses in advance so this isn't helpful.

They run an open surgery in the mornings but you need to get there really early or face waiting an absorbenant amount of time to be seen (one day there was a note at reception saying there was a 3+ hour wait to be seen), perhaps if they only ran an open surgery on select days of the week it would free up more appointments for people who need one?

On a positive note the receptionists are generally friendly and try to help as much as they can which is unusual in my experience of doctors surgeries.

I also would like to commend Dr Breybrook who is by far the best doctor I have ever seen, he really does take the time to get to know you, really does care and never makes you feel rushed or that you are just another number.

I also rate Dr Saunders who was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I find Dr Cutner to be extremely rude, patronising, unhelpful and just has no time for you. She once told me I was depressed after telling her I didn't feel 'myself' at the time. How can you make such a blanket statement when that could be down to all manner of things such as lack of sleep, nutrition etc? She also refused to prescribe me an Asthma pump because I smoke...I couldn't believe it, I don't use it often but that could actually save my life if I ever had an attack but she refused to provide me one. It is my choice to smoke and whilst I plan on giving up I should not be descriminated against for making a life choice. I have complained previously about this but nothing appears to have been done.

Overall I do appreciate having the support I have been given by the surgery when I've needed it but unfortunately this has been let down by the excuberantly long waiting times and certain members of staff that, in my opinion should not be working as a general practitioner if they have no people skills whatsoever.

Amazing doctors surgery, they all go above and beyond to help with any query, my doctor has gone above and beyond to help me with any health issues that I have, the reception staff are very helpful. All in all a fantastic experience.
