Went with my daughter who is 25 and my son and his friend who are 9.Had a fab time,friendly and welcoming staff and place was clean especially the toilets.

We took our football team there last night for their end of season get together and they absolutely loved it

Took my 2 year old here for the first time today for the toddler session. We were lucky as there was only us and my friend and her little girl and it was fab. But I can’t say I’d say the same if there were 13 toddlers there and it was a full session as the toddler area is quite small.

But based on my experience today I’m hoping to bring my daughter more regularly as she loved it

My son recently came to the trampoline park with his school and loved it so much he wanted to have his birthday with you. I was dreading it, but ended up having a wonderful time as did our party guests. So much to do for all the kids aged 5 - 10. The staff were on hand to help us with any queries, the party room was set out really well with plenty to drink etc. A special thank you to Amy who handled my booking over the phone then through email. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you x

My son just had his 5th birthday party with you. The staff were amazing especially our party host Jordanna who couldn’t do enough for us. Fabulous venue and food.

My 3 year old and 2 year old come regularly for the tots session and love it, so we decided to book my son and his friends 4th birthday party here. We can’t thank Paul and his team enough for a wonderful party. They were so helpful in not only setting up, but also organising 30 3 and 4 year olds throughout the party! Many thanks for a very enjoyable time.

We recently visited for my nephews birthday and couldn’t praise the staff enough very helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure all was running smoothly/fun for all the birthday party. Will definitely be visiting again! ��xx

Its a good experience 5 kids celebrating a birthday aged 6 to 9 had a great time an hour was enough for them though but certainly worn out by end of it. Reasonable at £7 each including socks but allow an extra £20 plus if want food and drink as i think £2 for a toasted teacake is a bit over the top. But we just had drink and food elsewhere but a different theme for the kids thats what matters and all enjoyed.

Attended a party here for a 3 year old, with my 2 year old. It's good but he won't be going again for many years. There is nothing to seperate the toddlers from the big kids doing the jumps and flips etc. I was asked by a member of staff to control my toddler and keep him away from the big kids area. There's no signs to tell you you've entered a different area for a start, and my response was are you joking. There was 18 of us and mine wasn't the only one running riot. It was safe in a sense there's not a big drop for them to fall, but an older child did land on mine by accident. Luckily they were both OK but for me personally it's just too hectic for smalls. My child didn't understand why he couldn't go on all the trampolines and then by chasing him and trying to keep him in the imaginary toddler area, accidently created a whole new game of chase � very good for older kids but we won't go again until he's at least 5

Started on a bad note. Arrived and told that the offer that was on the web was note on but has not been updated and we still couldn’t have it! And the lady was not apologetic at all! My daughter and her cousin went to play together but had to be split the place was dead so wouldn’t of hurt to let them play together! Awful defiantly will not be returning here

Kids liked it but stuff was very rude and seemed not to have a clue what they was doing first time going and went in fine started to jump with my kids 20mins later some worker come up to me asked how old my kids was so i told him he said well they aint ment to be in that part (i never knew and wasnt told when paying) so i had a very upset 2yearold having to leave his sister in the big bit for him to go in a much.smaller bit !not happy one bit would of been nice to been told before hand

2 supervisors in with about 50+ people didn't have a clue what they were doing, the air bag is completely dangerous my daughter was flung off it trying to get off cause supervisors didn't tell them off so they were left to there own accord to do what ever the hell they wanted.

2 many kids were bouncing on just 1 trampoline, supervisors were 2 busy messing around to Evan keep a eye on the people on the trampolines so hardly doing there job properly.

Need a rethink as 2 many were on tills and on the cafe area and not enough keeping a eye on the safety of the people on the trampolines.



Not going again will keep to our local and think your staff need to watch the film they make us watch before heading in.

1:50 ratio of "supervisors" to children, with the majority of the park left constantly unsupervised. "Supervisors" barely paying attention or unable to keep any control of what's going on around them.



That Air Bag across 4 jumping lanes is possibly the stupidest idea I have seen... constantly seeing children being fling uncontrollable from the Air Bag onto the surrounding floor and even nearby railings as a result of other children landing whilst they are trying to get off!



They make every person who enters the park watch that safety video before entering ... have they watched it themselves? �

Wouldn’t let me rate less than one star. �

What a bad excuse for a manager of a play centre for children . Refusing entry to a 4 & 2 yr old because the word ‘autistic ‘ was used. How would he like it if his child was refused entry, but then he probably hasn’t got any. Yes we will advertise this place ....... for how bad it is, how bad they treat their clients and to make people aware of the bigoted manager they have working there. Shame on you all. #oneveryannoyedgrandmother#

Would definitely not recommend a party here. Booked my son's 7th birthday here but when we turned up they denied all knowledge of our booking. After a very stressful half hour and proving the booking and payment we were given a tiny room and no apology

Very dangerous place. My left foot injured while jumping (bone broke). Now I'm not able to work for next 6 week. I'm the only source of income for my family . Working as 0 hr contract . They took signed at first so not able to claim either . Very bad experience. Never ever recommend to someone to go and get injured and spend life on bed with no money .

Had my son's 7th Birthday party here yesterday and I wasn't impressed with this place at all. Credit given to the staff as they were lovely, friendly and approachable, but their manager Paul Shepherd was far from that. I had paid for the party package which entiles slushes for all party members and when we went to ask for them, we were informed that we weren't entitled to them but clearly states that on website when booking, his response was your lucky you got the party bags as your not suppose to be having them with the package, He had his shitty party bags back. The children were unhappy due to the fact the jumping tower was closed off and some of the trampoline had cones on. No explanation to why or apologises. I would never book a party here again or visit here again.

Booked our 8 year olds party, £16 p/h and didn’t get a ‘greeter’ left to our own devices, only 2 pizzas between 10 kids! Would have been much cheaper to pay for the after school special of bounce and food for £8.50!

Started on a bad note. Arrived and told that the offer that was on the web was note on but has not been updated and we still couldn’t have it! And the lady was not apologetic at all! My daughter and her cousin went to play together but had to be split the place was dead so wouldn’t of hurt to let them play together! Awful defiantly will not be returning here

Kids liked it but stuff was very rude and seemed not to have a clue what they was doing first time going and went in fine started to jump with my kids 20mins later some worker come up to me asked how old my kids was so i told him he said well they aint ment to be in that part (i never knew and wasnt told when paying) so i had a very upset 2yearold having to leave his sister in the big bit for him to go in a much.smaller bit !not happy one bit would of been nice to been told before hand

2 supervisors in with about 50+ people didn't have a clue what they were doing, the air bag is completely dangerous my daughter was flung off it trying to get off cause supervisors didn't tell them off so they were left to there own accord to do what ever the hell they wanted.

2 many kids were bouncing on just 1 trampoline, supervisors were 2 busy messing around to Evan keep a eye on the people on the trampolines so hardly doing there job properly.

Need a rethink as 2 many were on tills and on the cafe area and not enough keeping a eye on the safety of the people on the trampolines.



Not going again will keep to our local and think your staff need to watch the film they make us watch before heading in.

1:50 ratio of "supervisors" to children, with the majority of the park left constantly unsupervised. "Supervisors" barely paying attention or unable to keep any control of what's going on around them.



That Air Bag across 4 jumping lanes is possibly the stupidest idea I have seen... constantly seeing children being fling uncontrollable from the Air Bag onto the surrounding floor and even nearby railings as a result of other children landing whilst they are trying to get off!



They make every person who enters the park watch that safety video before entering ... have they watched it themselves? �

What a bad excuse for a manager of a play centre for children . Refusing entry to a 4 & 2 yr old because the word ‘autistic ‘ was used. How would he like it if his child was refused entry, but then he probably hasn’t got any. Yes we will advertise this place ....... for how bad it is, how bad they treat their clients and to make people aware of the bigoted manager they have working there. Shame on you all. #oneveryannoyedgrandmother#

Would definitely not recommend a party here. Booked my son's 7th birthday here but when we turned up they denied all knowledge of our booking. After a very stressful half hour and proving the booking and payment we were given a tiny room and no apology

Very dangerous place. My left foot injured while jumping (bone broke). Now I'm not able to work for next 6 week. I'm the only source of income for my family . Working as 0 hr contract . They took signed at first so not able to claim either . Very bad experience. Never ever recommend to someone to go and get injured and spend life on bed with no money .

Had my son's 7th Birthday party here yesterday and I wasn't impressed with this place at all. Credit given to the staff as they were lovely, friendly and approachable, but their manager Paul Shepherd was far from that. I had paid for the party package which entiles slushes for all party members and when we went to ask for them, we were informed that we weren't entitled to them but clearly states that on website when booking, his response was your lucky you got the party bags as your not suppose to be having them with the package, He had his shitty party bags back. The children were unhappy due to the fact the jumping tower was closed off and some of the trampoline had cones on. No explanation to why or apologises. I would never book a party here again or visit here again.

Booked our 8 year olds party, £16 p/h and didn’t get a ‘greeter’ left to our own devices, only 2 pizzas between 10 kids! Would have been much cheaper to pay for the after school special of bounce and food for £8.50!

Went with my daughter who is 25 and my son and his friend who are 9.Had a fab time,friendly and welcoming staff and place was clean especially the toilets.

We took our football team there last night for their end of season get together and they absolutely loved it

Took my 2 year old here for the first time today for the toddler session. We were lucky as there was only us and my friend and her little girl and it was fab. But I can’t say I’d say the same if there were 13 toddlers there and it was a full session as the toddler area is quite small.

But based on my experience today I’m hoping to bring my daughter more regularly as she loved it

My son recently came to the trampoline park with his school and loved it so much he wanted to have his birthday with you. I was dreading it, but ended up having a wonderful time as did our party guests. So much to do for all the kids aged 5 - 10. The staff were on hand to help us with any queries, the party room was set out really well with plenty to drink etc. A special thank you to Amy who handled my booking over the phone then through email. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you x

My son just had his 5th birthday party with you. The staff were amazing especially our party host Jordanna who couldn’t do enough for us. Fabulous venue and food.

My 3 year old and 2 year old come regularly for the tots session and love it, so we decided to book my son and his friends 4th birthday party here. We can’t thank Paul and his team enough for a wonderful party. They were so helpful in not only setting up, but also organising 30 3 and 4 year olds throughout the party! Many thanks for a very enjoyable time.

We recently visited for my nephews birthday and couldn’t praise the staff enough very helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure all was running smoothly/fun for all the birthday party. Will definitely be visiting again! ��xx

Its a good experience 5 kids celebrating a birthday aged 6 to 9 had a great time an hour was enough for them though but certainly worn out by end of it. Reasonable at £7 each including socks but allow an extra £20 plus if want food and drink as i think £2 for a toasted teacake is a bit over the top. But we just had drink and food elsewhere but a different theme for the kids thats what matters and all enjoyed.

Attended a party here for a 3 year old, with my 2 year old. It's good but he won't be going again for many years. There is nothing to seperate the toddlers from the big kids doing the jumps and flips etc. I was asked by a member of staff to control my toddler and keep him away from the big kids area. There's no signs to tell you you've entered a different area for a start, and my response was are you joking. There was 18 of us and mine wasn't the only one running riot. It was safe in a sense there's not a big drop for them to fall, but an older child did land on mine by accident. Luckily they were both OK but for me personally it's just too hectic for smalls.
