Founded in 1970, Côr Waunarlwydd is an amateur mixed choir. Côr Plant Waunarlwydd, our children’s choir, was founded in 1965. New members are welcome.
Côr Waunarlwydd Choir Description
Côr Waunarlwydd is an established mixed choir that enjoys travelling and giving concerts for charity. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday and Friday from 7pm - 8. 30pm at Zion Chapel.
NEW MEMBERS ARE WELCOME!
Since the year 2000, the choir has had tours to Canada, California, East Coast USA, Deep South USA, Germany & Netherlands. Next summer the choir heads off to Europe with stays in France, Austria, Italy, Germany & Belgium.
Cor Plant Waunarlwydd is the village children's choir who is celebrating it's 50th anniversary next year. Children aged between 7-16 are welcome to come and sing along with the choir. Rehearsals are on Fridays 6-7pm at Zion Chapel, Waunarlwydd

This year it’s the 55th Anniversary of our children’s choir, Côr Plant Waunarlwydd and the 50th Anniversary of the adult choir, Côr Waunarlwydd. Our rehearsals are suspended at the moment but we hope to be back singing as soon as possible. Here are a few early photos of the choirs!
