Superb service, delicious food, very accommodating- all staff were lovely and friendly, we had a wonderful evening celebrating my daughters birthday, thankyou to all involved - it was great, highly recommend 👍👍❤️❤️

Return visit to this excellent restaurant with a party of 6. Two of them had not been before. It was early evening and we were taken to our table and told the burger was not available which was disappointing as one of the group had identified it as her choice for her meal. The waiter was very supportive in helping her choose something else by swapping items on the menu to ensure she had a pleasant meal. Drinks were ordered and brought quickly. Starters arrived and enjoyed. However the mains took an hour to arrive. The restaurant was very busy as it was a sunny saturday evening, we commented among ourselves but did not say anything to the staff. Our food was excellent as demonstrated by our empty plates. Our waiter cleared the table and we said no to dessert. The manager came over to apologies for the delay in our food ( we still had not said anything to the staff) and said its not the service he want to give. He cancelled the whole of the food bill. We were all totally shocked. That's what I call service. Thank so much.

My favourite restaurant. The food and service is always first class. As a coeliac, it’s so reassuring to have the gluten free menu. Having a whole menu to choose from is a real treat as so many places make me feel like I’m making a fuss when I have to ask then there’s only one or two options available.

We had a really good meal on Saturday, the lamb was delicious and the roasted winter vegetables were gorgeous. Then had a lovely surprise when they acknowledged my birthday by bringing my dessert with a candle even though we hadn’t mentioned it (I think my “birthday girl” rosette was a bit of a giveaway !!) It’s little touches like that which make this place extra special.

My daughter and I booked before going to the Millennium Centre to see a show. Lovely lively restaurant, good service and fabulous food. Would recommend.

Lovely place to have a dinner for a special occasion, we were made to feel a million dollars with the service and the food was excellent! Thank you to the staff for making the day extra special.

Had a table booked for late afternoon. Didn’t feel rushed plenty of time between courses and a lively but polite atmosphere. All staff were polite, food was very good and attention to detail was good. A thoroughly enjoyed meal in a place we will return to again. A similar write up going on Trip Advisor. Thank you everyone. Oh by the way don’t be put off by the service charge the attentive staff are well worth every penny.

Great food and great service! Very friendly staff member greeted us and booked us in as we hadn’t prebooked, came back and table was ready slightly early. Food was delicious, and good value for money. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very polite and service was great too-even held the door open for us as we left!. First visit with my boyfriend as a last minute meal and will definitely be going back! :)

Fabulous atmosphere. The service from our waiter Lucasz was first class. Made my mother’s birthday more special. Every course was delicious. One of my favourite places to eat in Cardiff as well as the Côte Brasserie on Mill Lane. Highly recommend both. Be back soon!

A lovely experience from start to end. Friendly & helpful staff whom when we spotted a window table and asked if we could be seated there said if the people who had booked it do not arrive then we can! Sure enough just before starters arrived they seated us in the window table. The food was delicious and Conrad even went above and beyond to find my husband a safety pin for his shirt when he had lost his top button. We will definitely return

Had a superb seafood dish with just a sprinkling of mash potato washed down with a crisp and tasty French cider. Recommend this place and wish I had found it last night.

Apart from a large rowdy table and a duck which was slightly over cooked for my taste, we had a very enjoyable evening!

Poor steak! Poor presentation! Food rather bland. and keep an i on your bill for a 12.5% optional gratuity charge i.e. tip!!! That is not askd if youd like to pay or not! Had alot better elsewhere �
