Wow!! We stopped here for tea and a bite to eat while doing the Torrent Waterfall Walk during the first weekend of August.



We were greeted by Eirian who made us feel very welcome as she seated us outside on the decking.



Our party of 6 had a selection of home made sandwiches, scones and an afternoon tea for 2, as well as some beautiful local vanilla ice cream and strawberries.



It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to support a local family business, I'd highly recommend!

Nice walk up Torrent walk by the road and walk back down by the river .

What a little gem...just what we needed to refuel on our bike ride. Beautiful Simnel cake and other delicious goodies all served with a lovely friendly welcome. Don't miss out....

What A Gem of a tea room !

We received a very friendly welcome, and so did Lilly our dog. The cakes were delicious and the latte nice and milky. This place is definitely worth stopping at, especially after doing the Torrent Walk.

Me and my friend Lili Hart went for afternoon tea at Cacennau Cil Y Coed,we had a very warm welcome off Eirian.Well this little cosy snug is ideal to relax and enjoy a very high standard of home made cakes,and if you fancy a toastie plenty of choice,I myself had a piece of Bara Brith and a Welsh cake my friend went for Chocolate Cake and Welsh cake a real treat.Highly recommended.We wish you all the very best and Good luck in your new venture.Diolch Eirian am pnawn bendigedig wedi mwynhau yn fawr iawn.Dalia ati.❤️ xx

Took 3 chutneys home 1 nearly gone

Had 3 dogs as well and it was no trouble for them to be there

Highly recommended cakes, sandwiches,toasties - all homemade. Indoor Summer house for those cold and wet days. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic little tea room and cake maker. I had our wedding cake made by Eirian and many b'day, anniversary cakes. Fantastic tasting + looking. Plz visit the tea room you won't be disappointed + if u ever want a cake Eirian will turn her hand to anything.

Thank you for a brilliant afternoon with fantastic food in a beautiful location. Worth the trip up north and well worth doing again.

There was a brilliant choice of well filled sandwiches made with lovely bread and a delicious selection of home made cakes.

We enjoyed yummy Tiffin, Lemon drizzle cake �,Buttered Welsh cakes, Scones with jam and cream and fresh strawberry �, Little meringues dressed with cream and fresh raspberry , Buttered Bara Brith and Almond slice.

All perfectly made and something you only get from a perfectionist who knows what they are doing and enjoys what they do .

A warm welcome and dog friendly too.

Mr Jack gave a solid 10/10 for everything he tasted. Excellent...!!

It’s also located on the Torrent walk trail so perfect for a stroll too and a brilliant place for bird lovers .
