Really good coffee and really friendly staff. Great flavoured coffees and really, really good waffles and ice creams/desserts. Prices are good too. Ice creams have never been as expensive when it comes to paying as they said they are on the board. Dog-friendly too.

I have just had a couple of ice creams and a flat white whilst enjoying the seating area at the back of the shop. Nice and cosy with a variety of seating options. I am a regular at the Cardiff Bay Cadawalder's and I am happy to see the shop doing well in Tenby. I have never had anything but a great experience and I would be retiscent taking any poor reviews at face value. Cadawalder's are fantastic value for money and have always looked after me and my family. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Great coffee and a place to sit. I was visiting Tenby for sightseeing and west wales is a lovely place. Don't accept union pay though.

£1 children's ice cream is great for the kids, with plenty of flavours to choose from. They also do smaller kids' deserts which are about the right size for smaller people.

Had to give one star to be able to write review, wanted to give no stars. My husband ordered a coffee while I looked at the ice cream menu but after hearing the way the girl taking the order spoke to him I decided not to order anything. Itvwas far from busy there but we waited over 10 mins for the coffee before going back to the counter to ask for money back so we could leave. By now there was only one man behind the counter, there had been 3 staff there. The girl who had taken the order was sitting at a table and was called over to help. We asked for money back, she fetched the supervisor and we were refunded and given a card for a free drink for next time. We won't be going back there.
