The position of this site was stunning, right on the beach. Sadly I will never stay here again. I was charged £30pm night. I had a caravan, no awning, there are no electric hookups on site. Showers are charged extra at £1. The reason I was charged this was because there were 4 of us. It's £7.50 per adult. I have NEVER paid anything like this amount before. We only stayed because we didn't want to let my son down. Way too expensive. We caravan a lot as a family of 4 with grown up children and usually pay between £10 & £20 for all of us, usually with electric.

Amazing atmospheric site - drive/cycle under a train viaduct and pitch up right next to the ocean (literally), with big stone fire pits perched right on the edge of the small cliff ledge. Look out to a massive sky full of stars as the flames flicker. Not to be missed.
Lovely helpful owner and pretty good clean facilities with hot water taps and a snug area to hang out of its raining.

Probably the nicest campground I've been to - fantastic location right by a pebble beach, campfires allowed and wood sold, the lamb burgers are really nice too, and the loveliest hosts. What a great place for beach, and hiking along the costs, and listening to the waves. And the sunsets.....

A small coastal campsite with direct access to the pebble beach, and ready made campfires next to your pitch. The owner delivered firewood each evening, which if I remember correctly is about £5 for a big bag.

The facilities are adequate, clean and basic. There's no play park for kids, there's no shop etc. NOT recommended for small children as camping is right along the cliff edge (although you can camp further back, it would still be a worry if I had a little one with me!).

Location wise It's utterly stunning. The prettiest campsite we've ever stayed at - the views over Cardigan bay are hard to beat and we've spotted dolphins swimming through the bay in the past here.

Laid back, wild-feel campsite with stunning views. We love this place!

The campsite was decent enough, with a small but decent toilet block and a wash up room with some tourist info such as maps, walks etc, there was also the option of using the fire pits and buying fire wood from the farm. As good as it was I cant do 4 or 5 star, that kind of rating has to be left for campsites which have kids play areas, washing machines and in house food etc. That said, what they did, they did well, the other campers were ace. My only complaint is that we were told 12 pounds plus 5 for a gazebo per night on the phone but we ended up paying 40 for 2 nights though to be fair I could have said something but I didn't.

Stayed for one night in a tent as we were hiking up the coast, we were able to get a lovely spot right on the edge. The site is fairly big and you get a great view of the sea - the sunset was spectacular especially with a nice fire going that are allowed. The kind women who owns the site is very friendly and helpful, we bought on-site lamb burgers that were lovely and so fresh. The only thing that I would say is that the toilet and shower facilities could do with updating but they were still very suitable, although £1 for the shower was a little annoying though but all together a really great site! Would recommend especially with amazing views!

The best campsite in England....in my humble view

Amazing views, uncomplicated camping in a relaxed and pleasant setting, Dolphins pass daily, good rock pooling and camp fires allowed. The perfect get away from it all place with the best sunsets. Highly recommend for off grid relaxation.
