Took my son and a friend of the family today for there first session, absolutely what I hoped for! Mark was fantastic. Patient / understanding and yet very authoritative and disciplined. Very professional set up and second to none on the attention each child had(not just my own) extremely affordable for everyone. Can’t praise it enough! Can’t wait to go again! I may even get the gloves on �

The confidence you have given our little fella has been Amazing, fantastic people so commited, What you have given to these young people will show in the community for years, be so very Proud of yourself. Kay x

It an excellent gym for the kidz of ely and caerau. With a superb coaches in mark atkins and john smith
