Caffè Nero

As I walked into this cafe I bearly slipped on something slippy &sticky , then I looked around to report it to a member if staff abd this was a wednesday afternoon which is a busy day here inLlandudno ,most tables were full of dirty dishes and the floor was filthy , the lonly inly member if staff was so rude I just turned around and walked out

Good coffee. Nice staff. Clean tables

Coffee / tea and service up to its usual high standard... Just wish they'd sort the WiFi out - very hit and miss... Hope you café Nero tech guys see you this and sort it ☺️

A typical Nero. Not an artisan place, but decent, drinkable coffee for a large chain.
Edit: On my latest visit, I sat outside with coffee and a cake. A seagull swept down and stole it. Within 30 seconds, a member of staff who had seen it happen, came out with a complimentary replacement. That is very good service indeed. I visit fairly regularly, and the staff are always spot on. Enough to give a 5 star rating to a chain. I don't do that often!

Apart from Nero is my favourite high street brand of coffee, I love this chain because they have good gluten free options on their menu. I've recently been diagnosed gluten intolerant and I do find it hard to find nice things to have from cafes.

I tried their coconut and raspberry slice with my usual black coffee today and they ate delicious. Not at all heavy like some gluten free baked products.

This is my first visit to this particular Nero. It is spacious, has two floors, is in a nice corner location on the main shopping street. Toilets on both floors too.

The store offers free WiFi and they have a loyally scheme to collect a free cup of coffee.

The young lady that served me was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Typical caffe Nero. Coffee, sandwiches and sweet food. Cafe is quite big with seating area upstairs and downstairs.
