Caffi Arena And Beachside Cafe

We had breakfast here today and they were lovely. Card machine was playing up and David said 'have breakfast on me' so kind. Luckily we had enough change in the bag to pay him. Really nice guy and nice food

I went to Rhyl for a family day out and it was lovely apart from my brief experience here. 3 family members paid for food from this cafe and as they waited my 20mth year old son and I ate a quick snack from McDonalds.

Moments later I was approached by what I can only describe as a somewhat odious and rude middle aged man from the cafe suggesting that it was unfair that my baby son and I were eating food there from another establishment.

I proceeded to point out that my 3 family members had just spent the best part of £20 and were awaiting their food from this cafe. The tone of the fore mentioned man became harsher to which I decided to walk away at this point before I did or said something I regretted. I would point out that I would visit Rhyl again but not this establishment and I would suggest the staff/owner brush up on their customer service skills and mannerisms. With that in mind I would not recommend this cafe to anyone and the one star rating reflects this sadly.

Great for kids and safer then the sea if you want to relax a bit yourself
