Caffi Florence

Took my puppy for a lovely walk today ,met lots of lovely dogs and owners stopped off at the caffii florence for a takeout soup it cost £10 for 2 10oz cups of pea ham and leek ive been in catering for over 30 yrs and ive not tasted anything like that,and it was cold my partner couldnt even drink his.i don't mind paying more for freshly cooked food but im very disappointed, and can not understand how they came to this pricing .

I have ordered take away coffee... there was about 10 members of staff 3 was making coffees and selling them ober the counter... one lady just stood there and watched a young guy doing all the job... ridiculous! Other lady served me and when she was making my coffee she use a hand to pud coffee beans to the grinder? One by one.... coffee very weak. I dont understand this is not a proper coffee shop but the price for a coffee is the same as other better places so a bit disappointed over all.

This place used to be absolutely first class however in recent months its really gone down hill.

Its starting to look tired. There are holes in doors the gents toilet doent lock and its a bit dirty in places. I know its at an outdoor park however one planet adventure in llandegla keep their place up to scratch.

Service has gone off the boil to with drippy staff and long ques at the till.

Food still good but not as good as it has been

All in all they need a good kick in the pants. Would still vist but there are better places out there at the same price or cheaper

Really good food, well cooked and beautifully presented..Great menu, with lots of interesting choices for snacks or meals.
Lovely coffee too. All served by friendly, helpful staff. Well worth a visit!
