I've been baking cakes since I was a little girl after falling in love with baking after watching and learning along side my father who was a professional baker and confectioner with over 50 years of experience.
I've been a busy stay at home mum for the last 13 years and I've loved every aspect of being a mum to my four boys. However I now feel that the time is right to embark on my passion of baking bespoke cakes and puddings for all occasions.
I also can provide Cafe classics, Contemporary cakes, Novelty cakes, Valentine's cakes, Mini cakes, cupcakes, Christmas cakes, Halloween cakes, Easter cakes & Mother /Fathers day cakes. I can also cater for afternoon tea events at your home or a hired venue or even if you just want a sunday treat or dinner party pudding.
All my products are made mostly from finest, organic and free-range ingredients. I specialise in all flavours and types of butter cream, chocolate ganache and chocolate frosting made from only the best chocolate.
Each cake, pudding or dessert is lovingly hand decorated to yours or my inspiration so each of my creations are unique.
So whatever the occasion I can create a luxury cake or dessert for you.

We had a Gorgeous Halloween(very green) cake. Fabulously imaginative and colourful cakes for every occasion and she insists on baking as close to the occasion as possible for the freshest cake...meaning 1am is normal working hrs for this baketress lol. Xx
We cannot Thank You enough MarieClaire . We wanted a cake for my daughter's 16th birthday and the only definite was chocolate brownies . You came up with so many fantastic ideas it was so hard to decide but we are over the moon with the final Birthday cake . Brownies , profiteroles , raspberries , strawberries ( which looked too good to be real - tasted divine ) and buttercream ! The cake looked out of this world with so much detail and let's not forget the shimmer and sparkle but most importantly it tasted delicious . Thank you for all the storage advice and allergy advice too . We look forward to booking more cakes in , in fact can we just pre book you for the next couple of years ?

Marieclaire's cakes really have the wow factor. My 2 boys loved their birthday cakes - one was an amazing football pitch theme and the other was an explosion of sweets and chocolates. We highly recommend.
