We ordered a traditional royal iced cake for my mums 70th. Very helpful and easy ordering as we were 200 miles away. The cake was amazing and tasted exceptionally good. So nice to have a traditionally piped cake instead of fondant - beautifully piped, extremely tasty! �

Rang last minute and to order a cake and they were amazing! Cake was absolutely stunning and my daughter loved it. Thank you so much xx

My sons first birthday cake was delicious. Sponge was perfect with a nice amount of cream and jam. The lady in the shop hadn’t heard of the character Hey Duggee, so we showed her a picture. The cake looked just like him, Everyone commented on how good it was. Thank you.

My husband and i ordered our wedding cake from here. From the first consultation Hillary was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. We were both blown away by the finished cake. It was stunning and tasted amazing. Thank you so much!

Most amazing thing I have ever seen. Told my mum and dad about this Facebook page ages ago and they had my sister's 21st birthday cake made and it is incredible!! An absolute masterpiece! Thank you �

I had a surprise birthday party and Cakey Wakey created the most beautifully personalised two-tier cake. Chocolate sponge on the bottom and lemon on the top. Delicate writing and feathers matched the scrumptious cake and it was perfect.



I have just cracked open the top tier (after a week encased in icing) and it is still completely moist and delicious. I felt I simply had to tell the world how delicious it was and even how well it keeps if you don’t manage to eat all the deliciousness in one go.

Hilary, at short notice created a fabulous toilet cake to help celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Sarah Roberts' plumbing business, Pink Plumbing Services. The attention to detail and the creativity around the core requirement was outstanding and made the difference between a very good cake and a brilliant cake. Can't recommend Hilary highly enough.

Highly recommended!!! This lovely lady was very polite on the phone and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I had a beautiful Peter rabbit themed cake made for my daughters 1st birthday, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Everybody commented on how lovely it looked and also tastes delicious. I have told all of of my friends and family to get their cakes in future from here. Fantastic...I will be in touch in the future...Thanks again cakey wakey xxx

After ordering a birthday cake for my Nephew's 1st birthday last year my family and I decided to use the services of Hilary and Cakey Wakey once more for my Mother's 70th birthday meal. I had an idea for a Motown-themed cake as my Mother's favourite era is Motown music and Hilary delivered a cake that I wanted and more! Hilary managed to get my proposal exactly right down to the finest of details, even adding to the design to incorporate a model of my Mother dancing to the music. The multi-layered cake was delicious, combining chocolate and vanilla sponges and Hilary changed the name of the record on the player to that of my Mother's all-time favourite record, which she loved! We will be using the services of Hilary and Cakey Wakey every time we need a special cake made for a celebration or event as every time the cakes we have ordered have gotten better. Thank you Hilary and the team at Cakey Wakey.
