I bought a Manfrotto Video Head(502AH) and I went back twice because I didn't like the feel of the head. It had a little wobbling feeling when was tighten. The staff was really welcoming and even if I went back twice they welcomed me with a smile and they changed the head.It was a grate experience and definitely will go back.

Not a great deal of stock on and when offered them a lens for sale they tried to tell me it was an earlier version than it actually was and worth less so obviously not that clued up on the products they are supposed to be experts in.

Do yourself a favour and use the camera centre in the next arcade, much friendlier staff and more choice.
