A few new rules (terms of business) will be in place as from today (15/09/16).
THERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY IN PLACE.
... Should you need any repairs or any nails re done etc the appointment for repairs must be made within the same week or you will be charged for the repairs. I will repair any damage up to a 4 days after for free anything beyond will be charged.
If I need to block out more than 2 hours work for your appointment I will require a deposit.
I require 24 hours cancellation notice or you will be charged for your slot.
I do accept card payments but please warn me in advance to the appointment if you wish to pay with a card.
I also accept PayPal payments but I will require that they are sent before the treatment or while I am still at your appointment.
