Camping In Llanberis

We stayed for one night. It was our first experience in a yurt. Quite amazing. Comfortable and adventurous.

The manager was very helpful and professional. Loos and shower block still under final finishing stages of construction although definitely functional and welcoming. Parking can be very limited. Cleaning done well but not often enough. Take your own loo roll. Chickens and small pig roaming around tents so don't leave food in or around tents and mind your step although in the heavy rain we had no problems nor saw any messes. Beautiful views and convenient for starting hike up Snowdon. Excellent value for money and would go again.

What a great little campsite on a working farm. All amenities provided like toilets and showers. You have to pay £1 for 7 1/2 minutes worth of shower but it's plenty of time. Located at the base of Snowdon it's ideal for joining the Llanberis Path to the summit of Snowdon. Electrical hook ups available. My only niggle is that the communication is a little lacking...its extremely difficult to get hold of them on any of the numbers they provide. However, on site they are really helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommended 😊

Friendly campsite with good facilities including toilets and hot showers (£1 charge) both of which are cleaned throughout the day. The onsite staff are available 24 hours a day to offer help and advice as well as keeping noise levels low. I visit frequently with a large family group.

Filthy toilets and showers. £1 showers are unacceptable when £7 each is paid. Ground is very uneven and barely a flat spot on this hillside. The good view and location is it's only redemption. Poor.

Great good size campsite, has everything you need and clean. It is on a working farm, but that doesn't spoil it one bit. Was abit of a issue with a out of control camper at 3am on the second night BUT the staff reacted promptly to deal with the situation. Which is alot more than I can say about other campsites with regards to anti social behaviour and children being nearby. So they have my respects and i'll certainly will return again.

A walkers campground as opposed to a campsite, and definitely a working farm. However, good value for money, and quiet, in an amazing location!

Showers could be updated, but you do get a reasonable amount of time for your £1, and there is plenty of space for washing up and washing machine facilities.

Pitches are in the unused fields, and a lot of the space is on a gentle slope, but I found a flat spot and would very happily stay there again next time I'm in Llanberis!

Pros- lovely views, friendly and welcoming farmer who runs the place, cheap, great location. Cons- paying for showers (and everything aside from the pitch), one tumble dryer which was obviously constantly full (not ideal for the Welsh weather!), some very noisy campers and rules re quiet times/loud music that don't seem to be enforced at all.
