Well, what can I say. What a luxurious B&B. The moment we got there we were greeted by David, what a friendly lovely gentleman. David showed us around and allowed us to choose where we would like to stay because it was a quiet weekend. We chose Room 1 in the lodge. It was so cosy, huge bed, beautiful en suite, large sofa which converted into a double bed and spotlessly clean! It had everything u needed - fridge, hairdryer, straighteners, beautiful bathroom products...etc!

We had the most relaxing and peaceful break. Exactly what we needed.

The breakfast was to die for. The chef was lovely and we made the most of the fruits/yogurts/full cooked breakfast and lovely coffee. Everything fresh and very tasty!

As it’s a B&B we would pop out for the morning/early afternoon and buy some food for our tea. There’s a lovely notice which states you can use their dining room to eat, use their microwave and cutlery etc and to leave any dirty dishes at the end of the bar and they would clean it up the next morning - perfect!!!

My partner(now fiancée) is 36 weeks pregnant and we wanted to use this time to really switch off and relax and spend some quality time together. I even proposed on our first night there. It was so magical.

I set up candles and flowers in the dining area as we were there alone, played the Mozart music they have at the bar and we had a candle lit dinner. One of the most special nights ever � Of course she said yes �

We were very sad to leave but we will definitely be back with our new arrival.

Eleanor and Emma (David’s wife and daughter ) whom all own Canaston Oaks are such lovely friendly people. A lovely family.

Thank you so much for welcoming us and creating such a beautiful place.

We went to Canaston Oaks for one night on a random trip and we will be returning, amazing staff, food and so relaxing, my children haven't stopped talking about it and the price wow I would have pain double,

We have recently enjoyed afternoon tea at Cannaston Oaks for my 50th birthday. This was a nostalgic visit for me as we have stayed here many times before prior to us having our own home nearby. The welcome we received from Emma, Eleanor and David was fantastic. The food was excellent as were the beautiful surroundings. This was one of the best afternoon teas I have had (and I have had a few!) and would highly recommend it. If you are looking for a B&B in Pembrokeshire then look no further than Cannaston Oaks, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious as well as the welcome you will receive.

We had such a lovely welcome from Eleanor and David when we stayed a few weeks ago, they were the loveliest hosts and the accommodation was perfect, absolutely spotless and so comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was fab too, even for a very fussy little boy! It's a very good location for exploring in all directions and the view from our conservatory was beautiful. We'll definitely visit again and bring my husband who missed out last time. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We booked bluestone but due to weather conditions we came a day early and booked this lodge literally 4 minutes down the road... comfiest bed ever! Breakfast was lovely. Warm an cosy modern room . staff are very friendly and welcoming .

This was our 2nd time staying here.

We stayed 2 nights this time, a lot of changes since we came last ie a lovely spacious breakfast area. Every thing is of the highest standard, beautiful place. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and the best breakfast bar none!!!

Can't recommend the place more highly, defiantly won't be our last visit to Canaston Oaks... See you all again soon.

Really friendly and hospitable, the breakfast was delightful and they went that little bit extra to help us with 2 young kids, the room was superbly decorated and really warm and homely. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. We were met with a warm welcome from the owners. The decor is lovely, there is a warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Lovely finishing touches, such as robes and slippers hung up in the Bathroom to use. Breakfast was lovely too! Would totally recommend staying here to everyone. We will be looking to stay again in the future.

My family and I have just arrived back from a fantastic 4 night stay at Canaston Oaks. This place truly is a luxury B&B. Beds like fluffy clouds, soft white fluffy towels and Egyptian cotton sheets.

We were initially greeted by the green and tranquil setting that only the countryside of west Wales can offer. Inside the modern detached reception, accommodation, dining area and lounge we were greeted by a very friendly young gentleman, who showed us around and helped us to our room.

Our room was a spacious well maintained family space that accommodated our family of four well, with a double sofa bed, space for our travel cot and a palatial ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath and shower. It also overlooked the amazing landscape, other properties and grounds.

The owners are kind, warm and welcoming who made not just my Husband and I feel so welcome, but our 2 young (5 and 18 months) Sons also.

Upon our first breakfast we were greeted and shown to a table that had been carefully adapted to our family needs, a high chair was already in place, with appropriate crockery and cutlery (plastic) for both children (nothing worse than the fear something might get broken!). Our breakfast order had already been put in the evening before so after getting settled and enjoying the assortment of items available to help yourself to, our hot breakfasts arrived. Fresh, tasty produce that was well cooked and delicious. We could not fault the service or standards that were upheld. This was carried throughout our whole stay.

Our room was given a quick spruce each day and fresh towels when requested. There was a little fridge in the room which was useful for our little ones drinks, and a large fan was a welcome addition to the room during the unseasonably warm May weather.

The setting of the B&B is idyllic with an outside terrace that overlooks the meadows, there is a short walk down to a large wild pond full of plants and tadpoles, and secluded benches where you could just sit and be. You’re able to wander freely and utilise all that Canaston Oaks has to offer (lounge, honesty bar, terrace etc).

We can not recommend it highly enough for anyone who wants a base in the Pembrokeshire area, especially those with families that often feel excluded from this kind of accommodation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to when we can go back.

Genuine nice surprise with this one. Looked for somewhere near bluestone because of the weather and found this bombshell. Amazing accommodation and amazing bunch of staff too. I really will come back in the summer because I bet this place will be stunning. I barely ever leave reviews so be honored �

Booked this afternoon for afternoon tea,myself,my friend and two babies, the service we received was out of this world, we had a private room so we were more comfortable with the little ones,nothing was to much of an effort, afternoon tea was beautiful,will be recommending you to others, thank you for a lovely afternoon just what we needed , will be back in a few weeks
