Capital Academy Of Gymnastics

We offer classes for all ages and abilities. We have a strong competitive squad structure where each gymnast can reach their full potential. We cater to those working along the elite pathway and are currently home to the British Level 3 Champion 2018

We offer weekday and weekend pre school and general gymnastics classes along with various squad groups to allow children to reach their potential. We currently have 7 Welsh Development squad members and 5 members of the Welsh Elite Development squad.
