Our History. . .
Set up in 2002 by multi award winning chef Colin Gray, ex vice Captain of the Welsh National Culinary team, chairman of the Welsh Culinary Association South, Food Consultant to the Welsh Assembly Government and founder and ex chef director of Barons Patisserie.
Catering for Weddings, Canapé receptions, awards dinners, cold buffets, hot fork buffets and bespoke event packages to suit your individual need and budget. In these cost conscious times - you tell us your budget and we will design a menu around it.
