Second time buying a new car from this dealership. No complaints whatsoever, excellent service & customer care

Just had the car serviced here. First class treatment by very friendly staff. Good communication regarding when the car became available for collection. I'm very happy to continue using this dealer.

First of all, 08433 number, so u need to pay extra just to talk to them. I eventualy found 01633 number and rang. I wanted to check if car is available to buy, 1h:30min drive from where I live so didn't want to go before checking. Wanted to spend around 10k. Some women answered the phone, took my name, registration number of the car I wanted to see and told me they are to busy to check right now, so I asked when will you check, answer: don't know, but will ring you later to confirm. Nope, no phone call. I dont think it would take more than a minute to check if the car is still there, but could not be bothered. So, can confirm, poor customer service, will never consider this place again.

Ordered a new Seat on 2nd April 2017,no communication from Capitol Skoda as to when the new car will be delivered, phoned a few times ,vague answers and "don't know" promised to phone back-didn't,3 months and still no car and no confidence at all as to when I can expect it

Very bad communication. I was going all the way from London with the intention of buying a Skoda Octavia Vrs that turned out to be a total disaster.Wrong seller description a lot of damage on the car. One star is too much for them any way.I recommend stay away from this dealer.

Having purchased a 2 year old Sköda Yeti from Capitol in August, we have been extremely disappointed with their customer services. After driving it off the forecourt we have had a grinding noise when braking. After looking at it, the response from Capitol Sköda is that this is a perfectly normal noise for a Sköda Yeti. They will not do anything about it and we are left with a £12,000 car that has grinding brakes. I will not be recommending Capitol Sköda to anyone. Very poor.
