Caradie James Hypnotherapy

I needed help regaining my self esteem, confidence and re thinking my relationship with my mother. I found Caradie's Hypnotherapy service extremely helpful and I am very grateful for the time she spent with me. I did not think being hypnotised would work with me, however I was proved wrong and it did wonders for me and the way I think about issues in my life. I would definitely go back if I had a problem again.

I had trouble sleeping and was very anxious at school around the time my exams started in sixth form. A friend of mine recommended Caradie James and after my first session I was already sleeping better and was able to sit my exams confidently. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her. I went to Caradie because of her brilliant reviews on Free Index and I wasn't disappointed. She's very gentle and has an amazing voice which relaxes you instantly. The treatment lasts about an hour and I came out walking on air. Will definitely go again.

Absolute con. Came out so depressed after having an unexpected, rather soul destroying "counselling session". A horrible experience.
Went in wanting some focus and motivation, came out feeling like I'd failed at life.
