�Pets and �Smoking /Vaping are strictly prohibited in the caravan.

2020 and 2021 prices available on request - We would require a £50 non refundable deposit (refundable if we have to cancel) to secure your holiday dates. Full balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay. If you are booking a stay in under the 4 weeks time period we require full payment (including bond) upon request.

A £70 bond is necessary (paid at least four weeks before along with your final balance) to ensure caravan is left clean, tidy with no breakages, vacuumed, all bed slats intact with no damage or missing parts, any contents of kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, dining and living areas missing, dishes put away clean and bins /rubbish disposed of or taken away, fridge empty /clean, microwave empty /clean, gas turned off, no smoking /vaping or signs of smoking /vaping in caravan, no pets or signs of pets; on these conditions this is returned within 2 days.

Check in /out times are: in from 4pm and out by 10am.

We also abide to the Park rules of not allowing � young same sex groups, i. e. groups of young adult girls and /or young adult boys, stag or hen parties.

Due to current Covid-19 guidelines bed linen is not included. There are mattress protectors and pillow protectors on each bed and these must not be removed. For your safety and convenience bedding which includes pillows, duvets and bed linen is available for hire at £20 for the entire caravan. These are deep cleaned for your safety and peace of mind.

Passes are not included but available to buy on site from reception. *Please Note: Due to current Government guidelines there may be restrictions in place and some facilities /entertainments may be limited /restricted, prices quoted are for the use of a personal caravan on Trecco Bay only. We can not be held responsible for any changes of the restrictions before or during your stay.
