Are you worried about your heart health and cardiac fitness?
If so…
... There are Cardiac Rehabilitation classes starting in the Vale of Glamorgan!
Cardiac Rehabilitation provides people with known coronary conditions the possibility to participate in weekly supervised exercise sessions. It is also available for people who want to improve their cardiac fitness in a low impact supervised environment. Sessions consist of a low intensity, fun circuit class run by a qualified cardiac instructor.
Current Classes: • Murchfield hall - Dinas Powys - 9-10 Wednesdays (starting 24th October)
• The old school, Room B - Llantwit Major - 11-12 - Wednesdays (starting 24th October)
• Trinity church - Penarth - 9:00am - 10:00am (every Friday starting 26th October)
• Old school - Sully - 10:30am-11:30am (every Friday starting 26th October)
Each class is £5 per person and anyone is welcome. For Cardiac patients a GP referral form is required which can be provided by myself or by your GP. For non-Cardiac Patients, a pre-exercise screening form will need to be completed. These forms will be provided by myself before the start of the exercise session. One to one sessions are also available. Please get in contact for more details.
