Services You Need, at the Heart of Your Community

The exciting new community Hub will improve and extend services in Grangetown.

The Hub brings together the work of the Council and other agencies under one roof, allowing customers to use our services more quickly and conveniently than ever before.

Situated at Haverlock Place, The Grangetown Community Hub has plenty to offer. Trained staff on hand to help you access a wide range of Council and partner services including:

• A housing and benefit service
• Full Library services including quiet area and space for children’s events
• Free internet and Wi-Fi access
• Free phones to contact Council & other services
• Into Work Advice
• Coffee shop
• Citizens Advice Bureau advisors
• Communities First delivering community events and information
• Private interview rooms

There will also be visits from other organisations to provide specialist help and advice.
