It is flat (well…mostly), and many places in the city can be reached without much interference with the traffic. The Taff trail is the backbone which connects the Bay with the centre and further afield to Castell Coch.

Cardiff Cycle Tours start daily from the watertower by the Millennium Centre, the Bute tour at 10h00 and the Bay tour at 14h00 and 16h30. Closed on Mondays.
