Really hassle free way to park up to go to town or the University Hospital of Wales
Much less stressful than trying to park in Cardiff, but bizarrely, disabled spaces are restricted to wheelchair users only. Buses are frequent and clean.
Easy to access, buses run about every 20 mins cheaper than paying parking only negative is closes at 7.30
What fantastic customer service! We turned up on Sunday morning ready to catch the Park and Ride, with no cash, assuming there would be a cash machine at the facility - there wasn't. The security guy was so sweet, he took pity on us and lent us the £5 required to catch a bus which we paid back on our return. The Park and Ride was an excellent local service for us because of its proximity to the nearby Premier Inn where we were staying. When my husband managed to lose our camera on the return visit, he went back to visit the same security guy to ask if it had been handed in (it hadn't). The security guy (I wish we had asked his name) even phoned the central lost property depot on our behalf to see if there was any sign of it and took our number in the event of it turning up. If there is an employee of the year award run by Park and Ride Cardiff this guy should qualify!!!
Was very good and efficient. We went to the Speedway at the Principality Stadium. We paid £8 for the car. We had a bit of queue but they had lots of buses so was on the bus very quickly. On the way back again a bit of queue but we got on the bus quite quickly. Drivers were friendly.
Fantastic service & reasonably price. Bristol City Council could learn some lessons from Cardiff.
Located on A48 easy access and easy to use. Bus drops you off in Churchill Way in centre of town. Much easier and cheaper than parking in town
Good for those who want cheap parking instead of paying high prices at city center car parks or heath hospital. X59 and h59 run from here. 4 star rating as hours are limited
Practical if you visit Cardiff. Seems to be safe to leave your car there too.
