Cardiff Higashi Karate Club

Cardiff Higashi Karate is a friendly club for both adults and children.

WE MEET AT CARDIFF MARTIAL ARTS ACADEMY ON WEDNESDAYS 7. 30pm - 9pm (Green belt and above) AND SUNDAYS 3. 30pm - 5pm (All grades)

The style of Karate is Wado Kai and is taught to a high standard.
You pay as you train or can use the GLL membership card. (Details of membership can be obtained from Maindy Centre. )
You do not have to be fit, thin or flexible to start karate.
It does need concentration and practice.
Just turn up to train or even watch a session to see if it is something you would enjoy.

The lower age limit for children in this club is 6 years old as the classes do require a degree of concentration.
However, younger siblings may be considered from aged 5 if both children start.
There is no upper age limit at which an adult can start karate.
