Very great customer service highly recommended

Very disappointed in their service. Property shown was in good condition, but once we showed an interest the realtor started avoiding our calls and promising to call us back which he never did. Eventually went directly to the office where we were told that the property was off the market. Lack of communication and lack of respect shown would make me weary of viewing any further properties involved with this agency

Since the beginning of our letting procedure, Cardiff Lettings treated me and my partner with consideration and professionalism. Some necessary works were arranged quickly and all the problems were resolved efficiently and with minimum disruption to our daily schedules (we are both professionals and this was quite important). When we had a water leak from the washing machine they immediately arranged for a plumber to come, and the issue was resolved in just a few hours. They are always very polite and respond promptly to our emails. We are very happy with their behavior and their overall attitude. They are highly recommended.
