... Laure is also offering Naturopathic Nutrition taster sessions (1/2 hour), with a simple questionnaire to fill in before the session and just going through basics. I am a qualified Naturopath with SNN.
What is Naturopathy?
A system of diet, nutrition, supplements and cleansing techniques supported by an understanding of traditional health practices such as the Chinese five element system, Ayurvedic medicine and astrology.
Naturopathy restores balance to the body, bringing peace to the mind, reconnecting us with natural cycles and restoring our own innate wisdom. It takes into account all aspects of someone’s life: lifestyle, environment, physical health, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. It empowers people to understand their own journey and hereditary history, and to learn what is needed to heal and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Food becomes a medicine, particularly live foods, herbs, plants and superfoods, to support health and healing.
Laure will also be giving a talk & demo at 1pm on Nov 10th Happy Tummy and Fermented foods.

All Will be Well Day : Sat 10th November 9am - 5pm
Introducing Mike Young
Jyotish Counselling, Yoga & Alexander Technique
... Mike Young has been studying and teaching Yoga for 30 years and has taught within the Prison system, NHS and University counselling service along with teaching individuals and group classes He qualified as an Alexander Technique teacher in 2012 and feels there is a close connection between it and Yoga principles. He has been studying and practising Indian Astrology for over 20 years. Mike lives in Herefordshire with his wife and three children.
Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a way of removing tension which we habitually hold in our bodies that can make everyday acts like sitting or standing, walking uncomfortable. This becomes our "normal" experience. These taster sessions will involve sitting in a chair while I apply gentle touch to your head, neck and shoulder areas. People generally experience a sense of relief and a feeling of space in the body and mind, relaxation and well being , recently someone described it as if she was no longer having to "carry" her shoulders.
Jyoitsh/ Indian Astrology
Indian Astrology gives an insight into key areas of our life( realtionships, career, health) where we habitually (or currently) experience difficulty and are uncertain about a way forward. My approach is practical, what will help you now? What is the next step that you can take? For these taster sessions it will be helpful(but not essential!) if you know your birthtime.

All Will Be Well / Wellbeing day : November 10th https://www.wegottickets.com/event/453145
Introducing Louise Adams from Just B Therapy http://justbtherapy.co.uk/
... Louise established Just B in 2002 and is a highly trained complementary therapist and lecturer, specialising in Reflexology; Reiki (Master Teacher-classes offered); Aromatherapy; Thought Field Therapy; Sound therapy and other therapies.
Louise has worked as a clinical Aromatherapist/Reiki Healer/Therapist within Velindre cancer centre since 2002 As an experienced therapist in the clinical setting she has worked extensively with many conditions associated with stress and general ill health. She also offers onsite therapies in the workplace to manage stress and chronic health conditions. My aim is to provide you with a space to relax and JustB
On the day Louise will be offering Reiki 20 min sessions.
What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient healing therapy which originated in Japan and introduced to the Western World in the mid 1970’s. It has evolved as an extremely effective healing medicine and can by learnt by everyone! Including children. I teach adults and children how to use Reiki for self-healing and empowerment. Since the 70’s Reiki has spread worldwide and now millions of people use Reiki to help themselves and others stimulate the natural healing processes. Reiki teaches us what can be the root cause of illness within the body/mind. How can it be used? Besides the obvious use in illness, Reiki actively promotes the healing process in many other ways. Reiki acts not only on the physical levels, but also addresses mental, emotional, and energetic imbalances. Reiki is one of the most effective natural stress relief and health improvement therapies available today. From experience Reiki Practitioners will tell you that one hour of Reiki is the equivalent of three to four hours of deep relaxing sleep. I have many testimonials that confirm this.
Benefits of Reiki: o Increases energy o Alleviates tiredness/chronic fatigue and aching muscles, e.g. conditions like M.E; Fibromyalgia etc o Promotes excellent recovery from surgery – accelerating healing process o Balances the energies in the body o Balance the immune system o Treats symptoms and causes of illness o Relieves pain – Acute and Chronic o Alleviate hormonal disturbance o Can improve confidence and self esteem o Relaxes and reduces stress/anxiety/depression
Private Reiki courses also available where you can learn how to use Reiki in order to self heal. Further information and testimonies from previous students are available on request.
