I bought a Mercedes E Class Estate from Cardiff Motor Company. An absolute pleasure to deal with from being picked up from the rail station to collect the car right through to dealing with a small issue I had after purchase.
Ian and staff were always polite and professional during and after the transaction, sorting out everything involved very promptly.

Upon the first MOT after buying my car from this company discovering that one side of the car had been re-sprayed (and not that well) indicating it had been in an accident which now explains a few other issues like leaky door seals. Unfortunately I wasn't surprised when I found out they had sold me a dud, I should have walked away when I had the chance! Can't respond to the comment so updating the review, you are correct you have never sold a car to a Jane Thompson, I am now married and this account hadn't been updated! I did buy my car from you in 2016 and still hold all the relevant paperwork, I am just fed up with dealing with the issues the car caused me I have no desire to contact you a be fobed off

Awful service even at pre sale stage. Wouldn't even get out of one of the cars for sale when we approached and waited for 10 minutes to be approached. An older gentleman said their cars were selling like hot cakes and made us feel irrelevant ! Disgusted so we left !!
